Research property ownership. Negotiate and Acquire permanent and temporary easements from property owners. Identify and Assess damages and Provide just compensation.

Maintain accurate field reports. Submit information for client database and GIS system. Request checks for payment. Conduct duties as assigned by Right of Way supervisor as needed in the acquisition of easements. Maintain accurate records in Client database.

 

Sr. Right of Way Agent, Uinta Express Pipeline (2014), Enserca Land Services, Salt Lake City, Utah

Due Diligence, Survey access, Negotiation, Acquisition, Damage Settlements, - Research title of ownership for properties that may be impacted by pipeline route. Contact landowners to acquire desired properties, either by easement or fee. When required, identify potential properties suitable for Client facilities. Offer and arranges payments for any property or crop damages incurred during investigations, surveys or construction. Maintain effective field reports.  Submit information for GIS mapping and tracking system. Act as liaison between property owners, staff and Client.

 

Sr. Right of Way Agent for Ohio and Michigan, Sunoco Pipeline Projects-Mariner West-Ohio, (2012-2013) Universal Field Services

Identify and negotiate acquisitions of rights of way for pipeline.  Analyze and interpret appraisals, search and determine title of ownership, Notify property owners of maintenance digs, Purges, Permitting, Clearing, and Liaison to property owners. Assess and Negotiate property damage settlements. Keep accurate records and provide regular updates to management. All tasks as needed to prepare the way for pipeline.

Right of Way Agent, Dulles Metrorail, Dulles Transit Partners, Negotiation and acquisition of land and easements needed for the Metrorail along the 267 Toll Road expansion to the Dulles Airport.
